What is OP?
The Outpatient Program offers weekly group and individual sessions focused on maintaining recovery progress, managing stress, and preventing relapse. OP is ideal for those stepping down from higher levels of care or those beginning their recovery journey with less intensive needs.
- 1–2 group sessions per week
- 1 individual therapy session per week
- Flexible scheduling (day and evening options)
You’ll continue working with licensed therapists and participate in guided peer discussions focused on real-life coping strategies and relapse prevention.
What’s Included in OP?
Our OP is built around your evolving needs. Core components include:
Weekly Group Therapy
Supportive sessions on addiction education, emotional resilience, and communication skills
Individual Counseling
Ongoing 1-on-1 support to help you stay grounded and accountable
Urinalysis Testing
Provided if required by court or probation
Progress Reporting
For clients with court, CPS, or employer involvement
Case Management
Light case support and referrals as needed
